Garmin supports the open source community and is pleased to publish its contributions on this site. Here, you'll find source code archives for our Linux-based products and the VIRB™ mobile app, as well as the OpenMoji emojis used on some Garmin devices.
Linux and VIRB software can be freely used, changed and shared (in modified or unmodified form) by anyone. Use of OpenMoji emojis is subject to the terms of the CC BY-SA 4.0 license. Use of Fraunhofer FDK requires a patent license. See the Fraunhofer website for more information.
Simply download the source code you need and modify to make it your own. Collaborate with the community to share experiences, add new features, fix bugs and enhance current functionality.
