Tacx Trainer Communication

Tacx Trainers support a variety of ways of connecting.

If you want to have the experience of communicating with a Tacx Trainer, view the matrix below to find out which products work with different wireless communication types.

To access the private Tacx Trainer Service protocol, click the button to the right to make a request for the developer documentation. Newer Tacx Trainers use the Tacx Trainer BLE Service alongside standard public services to implement Tacx-specific and non-standard features such as Road Feel, custom weight simulation, virtual gear status, and button status. The developer documentation also includes more nuanced information about the connection methods and characteristics of different trainers.
