Harness the flexibility of our Rest API to independently manage your inReach devices and build powerful integrations with your web-based server.

Our API gives your organization the freedom to create unique solutions that suit your team's needs. From making sure all inReach device data and messages are sent to your server to setting up communications with field teams, our flexible API will make what you need happen.

You can accept our Terms of Use and access Developer Guides for the IPC Outbound and Inbound APIs via the Download tab.

• Outbound - Message traffic flows from Garmin server to the URL provided or the integrator's web service
• Inbound - Message traffic flows from the integrator's web service to the Garmin server

For custom API access, please click the “Request Access” button to the right. This includes:

• BT API (Android & iOS) - Allows an integrator to develop connection within their app to control and use the Garmin InReach without having to switch to a Garmin app.
• SOS API (Outbound Integration) - Allows an integrator to handle their own SOS internally.
• Enterprise Unlocked - Allows an integrator to place a Garmin Mini2 on their server and utilize features like AES 256-bit encryptions.
