And I'd second the "influencer" argument someone posted above... it's about more than just numbers using linux... it's about the broader influence they have with a large network of their peers. And as the other poster pointed out, when it comes to tech gadgets, the person with all the influence is much more likely to be a linux user. Okay... off to fire up my Windows VM and check for updates for my Nuvi. Painful, but necessary, at least for now! Adding my voice to the throng looking for Linux support.
